MDCDiamonds.com provides fast, free shipping on all order destinations within Canada, on all orders over $750. You just pay the insurance, Insurance is 1% of the total order.
Free Shipping on all UK, Australian and New Zealand Orders:
MDCDiamonds.com provides fast, free shipping on all order destinations within the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Australia and New Zealand on all orders over $3,500. You just pay the insurance, Insurance is 1% of the total order.
Shipping Methods:
For fastest delivery, all orders greater than $5,000 in value are shipped FedEx Overnight Insured. This includes any loose diamond or Create Your Own order. All other orders are shipped FedEx Second Day Insured. Order status and tracking information are available from the MDCDiamonds.com website by clicking here.
For Your Protection, MDCDiamonds.com Always:
1. Insures all items for the full cost.
2. Uses only FedEx services for the fastest and safest delivery of high value packages.
3. Requires that all deliveries must be made to a physical business or home address only.
4. Disallows delivery to PO Box addresses.
5. Requires a signature for receipt of the package.
Alternate Shipping Addresses:
At the time your order is placed, we will collect your billing and shipping information. For your own protection we suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable. We can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local FedEx station for pick-up. You may call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest Fedex facility.
International Shipping:
MDCDiamonds.com offers shipping and insurance for customers residing outside the United States. On all international orders, the shipping and insurance costs $65 US + 1% of total order amount, regardless of payment method. International customers will be responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by their country, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties. Military personnel located overseas may also have their packages shipped to an APO or FPO location free of charge. Please keep in mind, however, that APO/FPO shipments are done through the US Post Office and can take up to three weeks to arrive.

If your MDC Diamonds ring does not fit, we will re-size it free of charge (You just cover the 2 way shipping) within 60 days of its original shipment. Re-sizing will take approximately 5-10 business days. This free service does not include Eternity rings, Interlocking rings, Men's wedding rings or rings set with heat sensitive stones. |
