My name is Brittany and my fiance and I had the pleasure of working with everyone at MDC Diamonds this past year. We reside in Pittsburgh so the only way we could actually see our ring design was to travel to NYC. When we arrived we were catered to from beginning to end. We designed our ring at the showroom and then had the painstaking job of waiting for it to arrive!!! They shipped it to Pittsburgh, insured of course, and I was absolutely floored. I wasn't supposed to know it had arrived yet but I got home first!! I ripped open the box placed my custom 2 carat trillion diamond ring on my finger and nearly fainted. Not to mention how much trouble I would get in if my fiance found out I opened the box!!! The quality of the ring was second to none and our price was incredibly fair. I am actually traveling to NYC again this week to design our wedding bands. I have never vouched for any company in my lifetime, however the staff at MDC Diamonds deserves the utmost respect and I commend their business etiquette. This is unfortunately my second time around buying an engagement ring and both have been from MDCDiamonds.com. Obviously it wasn't the ring, so I decided to come back to David and his team.
What a great experience working with David again. He was amazing to do business with, but on a more personal note, was more than happy to discuss any questions I had about the ring. I needed it resized and needed to look at one of the settings. He was more than happy to take care of both and in a timely manner.
Rosa and Stephanie were so pleasant on the phone, I didn't feel like I was bothering them when calling. David also responded very quickly to the numerous questions I had going into the purchase and even worked with me in terms of what I wanted, which was customized.
Thanks again and you are more than recommended in my book!!!!

I recently lost my 3-stone anniversary ring and was devastated. I searched locally for a replacement and was shocked at how much the cost had increased in only 4 years! I could not find anything comparable.
I was very reluctant to buy online, but I thought I would compare prices. MDC had the best reviews and a 14 day return policy. I picked 6 diamonds online and compared color, cut, clarity, etc. I finally chose a vintage style ring & ordered.
My ring came in last Thursday. It is absolutely beautiful! The service I received was outstanding. David answered all my questions in a timely fashion . He was very patient when I changed my mind about the size 4 times!!!
I will definitely use MDC when purchasing jewelry in the future.

We were a little concerned with purchasing a diamond ring on-line and spent many hours on the computer researching, reading reviews and comparing prices/quality of various suppliers. We decided on MDC Diamonds and it was the best decision we could have made as we ended up with such a georgeous three stone platinum anniversary ring! I was thrilled when I received it and still look at it in awe all the time! The service from David and Rosa was amazing. They offered such quick responses and had a lot of patience with my many e-mails. They were never pushy or tried to get you to purchase outside your budget but gave great advise on getting the best value for your money. My ring came with an appraisal, but we wanted to get our own Canadian one for insurance purposes and it came back over double of what we paid and the comments from the appraiser about the diamond were wonderful to hear. Thanks MDC for a wonderful ring. We will definately recommend you and return to you for any future diamond purchases.

Fantastic customer service and incredible attentiveness (better than you'd often get face to face in a shop). David really makes sure you get what you want and is so helpful. As for the ring itself - wow! It was absolutely stunning and I haven't stopped receiving complements on it (and from total strangers too!). Given that this was an engagement ring, I wondered if it would be slightly risky buying online without ever having tried it on. However, David made it to my size and when it arrived it was even more beautiful than it had appeared in the photos. Far better than anything I'd seen in local London jewellers or even Hatton Garden.
I will definitely buy from MDC Diamonds again and I've already recommended them to a number of friends. In fact, MDC will always be my first port of call if I'm looking for jewellery in future.
I really can't recommend them highly enough.

Wasn't informed that appraisal and certificate would come seperate on a foreign order but company replied quickly to my concerns. Very happy with the ring I ordered. Fast shipping. Would recommend

Phenomenal Service and Quality at an Affordable Price
On Monday, August 2, 2010, I visited the MDC Diamonds staff at their office in the popular NYC's diamond district. The staff, especially Rosa, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and down to earth. They had a no pressure approach and advised me in choosing my asscher cut diamond earrings, which I receive complements on almost daily. Rosa took the time to show me the differences between two types of asscher cuts and provided me with the option to choose each stone to be set, which were ready the next day.
Thank you very much to all the staff at MDC Diamonds for your knowledge, prompt service and friendliness. It was a pleasure.
